Our Speech Therapists and Staff
Meet Julia!
Julia Zielenski, MS, CCC-SLP, earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Emerson College and is a certified member of American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Julia has dedicated her career to supporting individuals of all ages in their communication, literacy, and regulation journeys.
Her practice is rooted in a affirming, strengths-based philosophy that recognizes every individual’s aptitude. She believes that regulation is the foundation of communication—when people feel safe, understood, and supported, they are better able to connect, learn, advocate for themselves, and participate in meaningful relationships.
She helps clients and their families develop a deeper understanding of their unique neurology, recognizing both the strengths it brings and the challenges it can present in environments that are not designed with neurodiversity in mind. Together, they identify supports, accommodations, and strategies that work with each person’s nervous system rather than against it, empowering clients to build authentic communication, confidence, and self-understanding.
Outside of her work, Julia enjoys hiking Colorado’s beautiful trails, traveling, singing, and spending time with her family and her Bernese Mountain Dog.
